Mariwasa Siam Holdings, Inc. announced that at the SBM held on May 18, 2012 the board of directors approved the appointment of Pichit Maipoom as chairman of compensation committee, Jacinto Sy as member of compensation committee, Benjamin C. Laurel as member of compensation committee, Enrique D. Perez as member of audit committee, Regina Sy Co Seteng as member of executive committee, Ferdinand Edwin Co Seteng as member of executive committee, Kajohndet Sangsuban as member of executive committee, Pichit Maipoom as member of executive committee and Surasak M Sc Kraiwitchaicharoen as member of executive committee.
