An organisation is defined by its employees, who are in turn shaped by their employers.


A large portion of a brand's identity derives from its staff, which is why it is so important to manage and measure your employer brand. A strong employer brand can lead to attraction of new talent, but it can also help to retain current staff and to maintain a productive internal culture.

This survey aims to gain a better understanding of employer brand management in the UK and Ireland. Through collaboration with Communicate magazine and Emperor , a corporate and brand communications agency, we are hoping to discover where businesses and organisations are succeeding at employer brand management and where there's still room for improvement. The survey will also measure whether professionals understand employer brand management and consider it to be a priority.
