The Saudi National Bank announces the Board of Directors resolution by circulation of the resignation of Ms. Sheila Othayeb Alrowaily from her position as a member of the Board of Directors on June 09, 2022 due to the issuance of the Royal Decree appointing her as a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Central Bank.
