Siri Sirimahachai agreed to acquire 20% stake in Thainguan Logistic Company Limited from Thai Yuan Metal Public Company Limited (SET:TYM-R) for THB 2.8 million.

Siri Sirimahachai agreed to acquire additional 20% stake in Thainguan Logistic Company Limited from Thai Yuan Metal Public Company Limited (SET:TYM-R) for THB 2.8 million on August 13, 2013. Under the terms of the deal, 0.02 million shares will be acquired at an offer per share of THB 140. After the transaction, Siri Sirimahachai will hold 39.9% stake in Thainguan Logistic Company while Thai Yuan Metal will hold 59.9% stake.

The Board of Directors of Thai Yuan Metal had approved the selling of investment in ordinary shares of Thai Yuan Logistics. The transaction will close within September 2013.
