The Takigami Steel Construction Co., Ltd. (TSE:5918) signed a basic agreement to acquire K Systec 23 Co., Ltd from Hiroshi Kato and Kyoko Kato on June 28, 2018. Hiroshi Kato and Kyoko Kato will sell 71.4% stake and 28.6% stake respectively. A total of 70 shares will be acquired as part of the deal. For the fiscal period ending June 30, 2018, K Systec 23 reported total assets of ¥779.71 million, net assets of ¥331.25 million, revenue of ¥585.82 million, EBIT of ¥65.3 million and net profit of ¥43.8 million. The stock transfer agreement will be approved at Takigami's Board of Directors’ meeting in mid-September 2018 whereas the stock transfer agreement will be concluded and the deal will be executed in late September 2018.
