Acrodea, Inc. (TSE:3823) signed basic agreement to acquire Shibuya Niku Yokocho Co., Ltd. from Katsumi Tanabe for approximately ¥570 million on January 30, 2017. As of March 28, 2017, Acrodea, Inc. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire Shibuya Niku Yokocho Co., Ltd. from Katsumi Tanabe for approximately ¥530 million. Under the terms of transaction, Acrodea, Inc. will acquire 200 Shibuya Niku Yokocho Co., Ltd. shares. Upon completion, Shibuya Niku Yokocho Co., Ltd. will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Acrodea, Inc. The transaction is approved by the Board of Acrodea, Inc. The transaction is expected to be completed by February 28, 2017. As of February 28, 2017, since the business transfer to be carried out by Shibuya NIku Yokocho is taking time, thus the date for the conclusion of the share transfer contract and the share transfer date will be announced as soon as a decision has been made. As of March 28, 2017, the deal is now expected to close on March 29, 2017.
