(TSE:3823) for ¥83 million on September 28, 2017. pixyda Co., Ltd. signed the business transfer contract on September 28, 2017. The purchase price will be paid in cash in 42 installments in total, from January 2018 to June 2021. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of Acrodea, Inc. on September 28, 2017.
