United Consortium Ltd., Asset Management Arm agreed to acquire domain portfolio of TheDirectory.com, Inc (OTCPK:SEEK) on March 10, 2017. As a part of agreement United Consortium Ltd., Asset Management Arm will issue preferred shares to TheDirectory.com, Inc reflecting 60% interest in United Consortium Ltd., Asset Management Arm. The Internet domain portfolio consists of 118 Internet domain names and approximately 30 websites focused on the legal industry. Some of the key domain names in the portfolio are: ImmigrationAttorney.com, DUILawyers.com, CriminalAttorneys.com, PersonalInjuries.com and TaxAttorneys.com.
