Inadvertently, We have forwarded the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2022, as approved by the Board at its meeting held on 26th May, 2022 without attaching a copy of the Reports by the Auditors on the accounts (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2022 .Though the Reports from the Auditors were received and placed before the meeting in time, it was happened due to hastiness in uploading the results within 30 minutes of the meeting. We are very sorry for the same and regret for the great inconvenience caused.

2 Now, we have forwarded the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2022, as approved by the Board at its meeting held on 26th May, 2022 along with a copy of the Reports by the Auditors on the accounts (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2022 including declaration by the Chief Financial Officer.
