Bengt Baron, current Chairman of the Board Directors of Thule Group AB (publ), has informed the Nomination Committee that he will not stand for re-election at the 2022 Annual General Meeting. The Nomination Committee has decided to propose the current Board member Hans Eckerström as the new Chairman of the Board, in connection with the Annual General Meeting.

Bengt Baron has been a board member of Thule Group since 2011. He was elected chariman of the board in connection with the 2018 Annual General Meeting.

Hans Eckerström has a long-standing commitment to Thule Group since he was elected board member in 2007. He has a master's degree in engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a master's degree in economics from the University of Gothenburg. Today, in addition to the board assignment in Thule Group, he has, among other assignments the role as Chairman of the Board of ProFoto Invest AB (publ) and Aligro Planet Aquistion AB (publ), and is a board member of Swedbank AB (publ).
