Shanghai Muxin-Muxin Qingtong No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund managed by Shanghai Muxin Asset Management Co Ltd signed Share Transfer Agreement to acquire 5.9% stake in TianYu Eco-Environment Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603717) from Luo Weiguo for approximately CNY 150 million on April 22, 2021. Shanghai Muxin Asset will acquire 14.3 million shares at CNY 10.31 per share. After the transfer, Luo Weiguo will hold 49,247,300 shares, 20.37% stake.
Shanghai Muxin-Muxin Qingtong No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund managed by Shanghai Muxin Asset Management Co Ltd completed the acquisition of 5.9% stake in TianYu Eco-Environment Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603717) from Luo Weiguo on May 24, 2021. On May 24, 2021, the Company received a notice that China Securities Depository and Clearing Company Limited issued “Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation,” that the transfer of the Company’s shares has been completed.
TianYu Eco-Environment Co., Ltd., formerly Tianyu Ecology and Landscape Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally involved in the design of landscape ecosystem engineering, construction and maintenance, as well as cultivation of nursery stocks. The Company operates through three main segments. The Landscape Ecosystem Engineering segment is mainly involve in the garden greening engineering, restoration of ecological wetlands, municipal garden and road greening, as well as restoration of slopes and curbs. The Landscape Architecture Design segment is primarily involved in the design of ecological garden engineering. The Other Business segment is primarily involved in the operation and management of construction maintenance, as well as cultivation of nursery stocks.
