Tiger Brands announced the appointment of Mr. Yunus Suleman as independent non-executive director of the company. Yunus the former chairman of KPMG, will also serve as a member of various board committees including the audit committee. The company further announced the appointment of Noel Doyle, chief operating officer to the position of executive director.
Both appointments are effective from 13 July 2015.
