TIME INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED Time Interconnect Technology Limited announced on 28 June 2022, a final dividend of 1 cent per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2022, totaling HKD 19,460,000 has been proposed by the board of directors of the Company. The final dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders of the Company in the forthcoming annual general meeting. 2022 AGM, the proposed final dividend will be payable to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 31 August 2022.
The proposed final dividend is expected to be paid on or before, 22 September 2022.
