TISCO Financial Group Public Company Limited announced that TISCO's Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2015, on June 19, 2015 passed a resolution to appoint Mr. Sathit Aungmanee, Director and member of the Corporate Governance Committee, to be an additional member of the Nomination and Compensation Committee. The appointment was effective on June 19, 2015.
