(KOSDAQ:A079970) acquired Smile Build Co., Ltd. from Sujeong Lee, Hyeonsik Gong, Yeonan Housing Co., Ltd., Inbuild System Co., Ltd., Inbuild Partners Co., Ltd and J&S Consulting Co., Ltd. for KRW 12.3 billion on December 26, 2022. TOBESOFT acquired 0.002 million shares of Smile Build Co. and consideration will be paid in cash. The acquisition will be funded from the proceeds of sale of 13th convertible bonds. The board of directors of TOBESOFT Co. approved the transaction. Smile Build Co. recorded total assets of approximately KRW 82.2 billion, net capital of KRW 29.6 billion as of September 30, 2022.

It is also involved in the provision of repair and maintenance services for its products. The Companyâs main clients are Samsung SDS, Hyundai AutoEver and others.
