SHANGHAI, China, Sept. 16 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- T-Bay Holdings
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TBYH) today announces that the Company has appointed
Mr. LEUNG Wai Chiu, Albert, as its Chief Financial Officer. The appointment
is effective from September 16, 2008.
Mr. Leung, aged 51, has been a registered member of the Hong Kong Society
of Accountants since 1988 and the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants, Great Britain, since 1986. Prior to joining the Company, he
worked for almost five years as CFO of a Mainland Chinese business listed on
NASDAQ. He previously held senior accounting and finance positions (financial
controller, regional financial controller, finance director, CFO Asia) in
multi-national companies in France, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. In
particular, Mr. Leung served as Group Internal Auditor in L'Air Liquide S.A.
in France and then Financial Director in its subsidiary in Taiwan from 1985 to
1990; Tax & Accounts Manager in Dragages et Travaux Publics (HK) Ltd. (part of
Bouygues Group) in Hong Kong from 1990 to 1994; Financial Controller in BYME
Engineering (HK) Ltd. (also part of Bouygues Group) in Hong Kong from 1995 to
1997 and Chief Financial Officer - Asia in DMC Group in Hong Kong from 1997 to
1998.
Mr. Leung holds a Diplome de l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales
(Master of Science in Management) from l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales
of France and a Higher Diploma in Accountancy from Hong Kong Polytechnic.
