The seller, Minoru Okawa and the shareholders of the Company, Shinsuke Mizutani, Hidekazu Ito and Masami Nagao, issued Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. Without the prior written consent of Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. during the period ending on the 90th day from the delivery date of the public offering and the sale by the underwriter's purchase transaction.
TOKAI SOFT CO.,LTD. is an independent software development company. The Company mainly provides services related to software contract development and software development. The Company operates Software Development segment and is classified into three businesses, including embedded related business, manufacturing, distribution and business system related business, and finance and public related business.
