Projected Year-End Dividend for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2022
We, Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"), announce hereby that the meeting of our Board of Directors held today passed a resolution regarding our projected year-end dividend of surplus for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022 as detailed below.
We determined the above-stated year-end dividend based on the fact that the financial effect resulting from the integration of two specific subsidiaries, Tokai Tokyo Securities and ACE Securities, is now almost confirmed. Further, considering the level of the net income attributable to the parent company that reflects, in part, the profit from negative goodwill recognition, we distribute the profit to our valued shareholders as per our dividend policy, which sets the payout ratio as somewhere between 30 to 50%.
Please note that we will bring up the matter for discussion at the 110th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in late June this year.
