Tokyotokeiba Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9672) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 900,000 shares, representing 3.28% of its issued share capital, for a total purchase price of ¥3,000 million. The plan will be valid till September 30, 2024.
TOKYOTOKEIBA CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the public competition business, amusement park business, warehouse leasing business and service business. The Company has four business segments. The Public Competition segment is engaged in the leasing, maintenance and management of the Oi racetrack in Tokyo, the horserace ticket sales facilities in Niigata, Ibaragi and Miyagi Prefectures, the home voting systems, and the Isesaki auto race tracks in Gunma Prefecture.
