Tong Hua Holding Public Company Limited at The Board of Directors' Meeting held on June 27, 2023, resolved to appoint Mr. Wutipong Vechayanon as independent directors and Company's audit committee with effect from June 27, 2023. The audit committee is consisted of: Chairman of the audit committee Mr.Khantachai Vichakkhana; Member of the audit committee Mr.Surong Bulakul and Member of the audit committee Mr.Witipong Vechayanon.
