("the Company", hereinafter) announces today that the Company has determined on the remaining terms and conditions for the issuance of Stock Acquisition Rights to its vice presidents Members of the Board, vice presidents, executive fellow and directors decided at its meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 21, 2021. Details are as follows:
Maximum Number of Stock Acquisition Rights: 578
Issue Price of Stock Acquisition Rights: 686,000 yen for one Stock Acquisition Right (686 yen per share) Note that the said amount to be paid for the Stock Acquisition Rights shall be set off by the corresponding amount of the remuneration claims, against the Company, of the persons who receive the allotment of Stock Acquisition Rights.
