CHANGE TO 2022 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Florence, November 4, 2022 As a partial change in the 2022 Corporate Calendar notified on December 23, 2021, pursuant to Art. 2.6.2 paragraph 1, letter b) on the Regulations for the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., we hereby give notice that the Board of Directors for approval the Interim Financial Report at September 30, 2022 will be held on November 14, 2022 instead of the November 10, 2022.
