FILING OF DOCUMENTATIONS RELATING TO THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED ON APRIL 29, 2024

Florence, March 28, 2024 - With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., to be held on April 29, 2024 in a single call, the Company informs that the following documentation has been made available today at the registered office of the company, in the 1INFO authorised storage system (www.1info.it) and on the company's website, www.toscana-aeroporti.com, section "Investor Relations / Corporate Governance/ Shareholders' Meetings":

  • explanatory report by the Directors on item 1 of the agenda on the approval of the Financial Statements at December 31, 2023;

  • explanatory report by the Directors on item 3 of the agenda on the remuneration policy and compensation paid in 2023:

    • a. binding resolution on the first section on remuneration policy;

    • b. non-binding resolution on the second section on remuneration paid in 2023;

  • explanatory report by the Directors on item 4 of the agenda on the proposal to adjust the remuneration the independent auditors' fees;

  • explanatory report by the Directors on item 5 of the agenda on the proposal to redefine the remuneration of the Board of Statutory Auditors until the approval of the financial statements at December 31, 2025.

The additional documentation relating to the ordinary shareholders' meeting will be made available to the public in accordance with the terms set by the Law and by regulations.
