TOTVS S.A. (BOVESPA:TOTS3) acquired TOTVS Interior Paulista and Triângulo Mineiro on February 1, 2024. The offices linked to the TOTVS Interior Paulista and Triângulo Mineiro franchise are now headed by executive Roberto Galvão, director of TOTVS. The transaction is approved by Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
