Toung Loong Textile MFG. Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 868.326 million compared to TWD 1,067.034 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 71.430 million compared to TWD 115.803 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 57.375 million compared to TWD 79.724 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.48 compared to TWD 0.66 a year ago.
Toung Loong Textile Mfg. Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of yarns. The Company's products consist of sewing threads, including zipper sewing threads, spun polyester (SP) threads, polyester yarns, nylon threads and bonded threads, and yarns for apparels, such as label yarns, Velcro yarns, air textured yarns, textured yarns and woven yarns. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe, the Americas, Oceania and others.
