Town Centre Securities net assets drop but loss narrows

Town Centre Securities PLC - Leeds, England-based property investor, car park and hotel operator -

Net asset value per share at December 31 falls to 294 pence from 314p the year before. Says pretax loss narrows to GBP9.7 million in the first half of the year ending June 30, from GBP19.1 million a year ago. Proposes an interim dividend of 2.5p per share, unchanged year-on-year. Looking ahead, says rent collections remain robust, and adds that car parks recovery momentum continues.
