(Stock Code: 3886) FORFEITURE OF UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS

Pursuant to bye-law 155 of the bye-laws of Town Health International Medical Group Limited (the "Company"), all dividends unclaimed for six years after having been declared may be forfeited by the board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company and shall revert to the Company. The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company that the following dividends remaining unclaimed on 19 September 2016 will be forfeited and revert to the Company:
