ANNOUNCEMENT

The board ("Board") of directors ("Directors") of Town Health International Medical Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that on 9 February 2018, the Group's premises at Town Health Technology Centre, 10-12 Yuen Shun Circuit, Siu Lek Yuen, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong were attended by (a) the officers of the Independent Commission Against Corruption to execute a search warrant in relation to alleged offence(s) under sections 9(1) and 9(2) of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Chapter 201 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and (b) the officers of the Securities and Futures Commission to execute a search warrant in relation to an inquiry under section 179(1) of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

To the best of the knowledge, information and belief of the Directors, the above search has not affected the business and operation of the Group.
