Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. (TSE:4307) acquired 7.85% stake in Toyo Securities Co., Ltd. (TSE:8614) on November 7, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. acquired 6.86 million shares of Toyo Securities Co., Ltd.
