Toyo Wharf & Warehouse Co., Ltd. (TSE:9351) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 540 shares. Fractional shares will be purchased as a result of a share merger.
TOYO WHARF & WAREHOUSE CO., LTD. is a logistics company. Along with its subsidiaries and associated companies, the Company operates in two business segments. The Domestic Total Logistics segment is engaged in the warehouse, harbor transportation, vehicle transportation and marine transportation businesses, the provision of cargo storage services, cargo loading and unloading services, cargo carrying in and out services, custom clearance services and logistics-related facility leasing services, as well as the premises operation of factories. The International Logistics segment is engaged in the international transportation, as well as the provision of warehousing and custom clearance services overseas.
