Lexus sales worldwide set a new record with 824,258 units in 2023 (+ 32% on the previous year).

Lexus sold 69,202 vehicles in Europe (+46%), 355,606 in North America (+24%), 181,411 in China (+3%) and 94,647 units in Japan (+129%).

The ratio of sales of electrified vehicles reached a record 47% worldwide, thanks to the expansion and success of the Lexus range, including the new RX and the 100% electric RZ.

In Europe, strong sales of key models such as the NX (41,367 units), RX (20,484 units) and UX (11,194 units) helped make Lexus one of the fastest-growing premium brands.

Takashi Watanabe, President of Lexus International, said: 'Lexus will continue to take unique initiatives, focusing on the development and promotion of 100% battery-electric vehicles with the aim of achieving a carbon-neutral society.'
