TPC Power Holding Public Company Limited (SET:TPCH) acquired 26.36% stake in Pattani Green Power Co., Ltd. from Nara Para Company Limited and TPC Power Holding Public Company acquired a 11.50% stake in TPCH Power 1 Co., Ltd. 11 % stake in TPCH Power 2 Co., Ltd. and 10% stake in TPCH Power 5 Co., Ltd from Sombat Chairatanamanokorn for approximately THB 200 million on October 8, 2021. TPC Power Holding Public acquired 10.623 million shares of Pattani Green, 2.990 million shares of TPCH Power 1, 2.86 million shares of TPCH Power 2 and 2 million shares of TPCH Power 5. TPC Power Holding uses its cash flow from an issuance of the subordinate and unsecured bonds, which is subject to the objective of the issuance of such bonds, and does not impact the Company’s liquidity or operation. Executive Board of TPC Power Holding passed a board resolution to approve an acquisition.
