Transcend Information, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 3,794.184 million compared to TWD 2,485.718 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 981.820 million compared to TWD 310.008 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 820.364 million compared to TWD 264.607 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.91 compared to TWD 0.62 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 7,292.804 million compared to TWD 5,706.128 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 1,500.275 million compared to TWD 727.516 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,379.750 million compared to TWD 728.727 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 3.22 compared to TWD 1.7 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 3.21 compared to TWD 1.7 a year ago.
