Transcom, Inc. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 141.617 million compared to TWD 85.251 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 41.885 million compared to TWD 23.204 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 34.229 million compared to TWD 18.444 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.93 compared to TWD 0.5 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.92 compared to TWD 0.5 a year ago.
Transcom, Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of microwave semiconductor components, integrated circuits and sub-systems. The Company's main products include microwave amplifiers and modules, gallium arsenide low noise and power components, solid state power amplifiers and modules, microwave sub-system products and others. The Company's products are mainly used in mobile phones, wireless local area networks, point-to-point wireless communications, satellite communications, wireless surveillance devices and military applications. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas, Europe and others.
