Transcom, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 214.62 million compared to TWD 175 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 39.34 million compared to TWD 35.95 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.66 compared to TWD 0.67 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.65 compared to TWD 0.65 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 680.14 million compared to TWD 463.29 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 168.04 million compared to TWD 84.6 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.82 compared to TWD 1.57 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.79 compared to TWD 1.54 a year ago.
Transcom, Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of microwave semiconductor components, integrated circuits and sub-systems. The Company's main products include microwave amplifiers and modules, gallium arsenide low noise and power components, solid state power amplifiers and modules, microwave sub-system products and others.
