Transcom, Inc. announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2019. For the half year, the company announced sales was TWD 207.090 million compared to TWD 182.580 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 52.530 million compared to TWD 39.566 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 39.561 million compared to TWD 29.347 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.13 compared to TWD 0.85 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.13 compared to TWD 0.84 a year ago.
Transcom, Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of microwave semiconductor components, integrated circuits and sub-systems. The Company's main products include microwave amplifiers and modules, gallium arsenide low noise and power components, solid state power amplifiers and modules, microwave sub-system products and others. The Company's products are mainly used in mobile phones, wireless local area networks, point-to-point wireless communications, satellite communications, wireless surveillance devices and military applications. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas, Europe and others.
