Transilvania Investments Alliance SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the financial investment segment. The Company is a closed-end investment fund. The Company is involved in the management of an investment portfolio, which primarily includes shares of listed and not listed companies. As of December 31, 2011, the Company held shares in approximately 241 companies, which are mainly placed in Transylvania and in the south-east region of Romania.
