Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. ('Taesa' or 'Company') informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on August 22, 2017, the Board of Directors approved the reconstitution of the Advisory Committees of the Board of Directors, as follows: (a) in the Management and Human Resources and Financial Committees, Mr. Gustavo Carlos Marin Garat will be replaced by Mr. Celso Maia de Barros; (b) in the New Business Committee, Mr. Gustavo Carlos Marin Garat will be replaced by Mr. Fernando Augusto Rojas Pinto; and (c) in the Auditing Committee, Mr. Gustavo Carlos Marin Garat will be replaced by Mr. Robert Patrick Panero, while Mr. Hermes Jorge Chipp will be replaced by Mr. Fernando Augusto Rojas Pinto.
