TRC Construction Public Company Limited Announces the Resignation of Jarumporn Suramanee as Independent Director, Audit Committee, Chairman of Remuneration and Nomination Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Risk Committee

TRC Construction Public Company Limited announced that Pol. Gen. Jarumporn Suramanee, Independent Director, Audit Committee, Chairman of Remuneration and Nomination Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Risk Committee has resigned from the position of Independent Director including all subcommittee of TRC due to his engagement in other missions effective from January 27, 2016 onwards.

A consideration of new member to be appointed in Audit Committee will be proposed in the 2/2016, board of directors meeting which will be held in February 2016.
