PRELIMINARY RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE YEAR 2020

This announcement is made by Trinity Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") in accordance with Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Important Notes: The financial data for the year ended 31 December 2020 ("FY2020") contained in this announcement is only preliminary accounting data which has not been audited by an external auditor and may be different from the final data to be disclosed in the annual report of the Company for FY2020. Investors are cautioned about the potential risks in their investment.

Based on recent communications with the auditor, HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited, the Company expects that the announcement in relation to the preliminary results of the Group for FY2020 will be published on or before 30 June 2021.

The content of this announcement has been reviewed and agreed by the members of the audit committee of the Company.
