CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the register of members of Tristate Holdings Limited (the "Company") will be closed from Friday, 2 June 2017 to Monday, 5 June 2017, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares will be registered. In order to qualify for attending and voting at the annual general meeting of the Company to be held on Monday, 5 June 2017, all transfers accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's Hong Kong branch registrar and transfer office, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 1 June 2017.
