The Board of Directors of Trony Solar Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") announces that the registered office of the Company in the Cayman Islands has been changed to the office of Estera Trust (Cayman) Limited of P.O. Box 1350, Clifton House, 75 Fort Street, Grand Cayman KY1-1108, Cayman Islands with effect from 3 November 2016.

GENERAL

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited was suspended from 9:00 a.m. on 21 June 2012 and will remain suspended until further notice.
