Chengdu Chuangheng Zhirui Information Technology Partnership Enterprise (L.P.), Chengdu Chuangheng Zhiyue Information Technology Partnership Enterprise (L.P.), Chengdu Chuangheng Zhiming Information Technology Partnership Enterprise (L.P.) and Chengdu Chuangheng Zhixiang Information Technology Partnership Enterprise (L.P.) entered into equity transfer agreement to acquire 45% stake in Sichuan Innogence Technology Co., Ltd. from Troy Information Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300366) for CNY 22.5 million on December 27, 2022. The transaction was approved by Troy Information Technology Co., Ltd. the 8th extraordinary meeting of the 5th board of directors and 7th extraordinary meeting of the 5th board of supervisors. For the year ended, September 30, 2022, total asset is CNY 94.46 million and Total shareholders' equity is CNY - 9.5318 million.
Both parties agree that total transaction payment is paid into the bank account designated by Troy Information Technology Co., Ltd. in full before January 13, 2023.
