Shanghai Yuzan Technology Center (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 8.98% stake in Beijing Great Open Source Software Co., Ltd. from Troy Information Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300366) for CNY 8.96 million on December 27, 2022. The unit price of target share is CNY 2.33. The board of directors of Troy Information Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300366) approved the transaction.
Beijing Great Open Source Software recorded total assets of CNY 0.004 million and shareholder equity of CNY -0.01 million as of September 30, 2022. Shanghai Yuzan Technology Center will pay transaction price before January 13, 2023.
