Operating loss was TWD 20.423 million compared to operating Income of TWD 1.513 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 5.837 million compared to TWD 21.187 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.03 compared to TWD 0.1 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 523.521 million compared to TWD 652.799 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 45.737 million compared to operating Income of TWD 8.260 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 12.939 million compared to net income of TWD 36.807 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.06 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.17 a year ago.

The Company operates through two segments, including yarn segment and investment segment. The Yarn segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of yarn products. The Investment segment is engaged in the construction of residential properties for rental and for sale. The Company operates businesses in Taiwan, China and Hong Kong.
