For the full year, the company announced sales was USD 3.424 million compared to USD 3.414 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 131,000 compared to USD 688,000 a year ago. Net loss was USD 421,000 compared to net income of USD 538,000 a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.05 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.07 a year ago.

The Company owns and operates stereotactic radiosurgery centers, utilizing gamma knife technology. It owns, or holds interests in, the gamma knife and radiation treatment centers, and charges the hospital or medical facility, where the unit is housed and maintained, based on utilization. It is also focused on developing cancer centers featuring radiation therapy. These centers utilize linear accelerators with Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy and Image Guided Radiation Therapy capabilities. It is focused on launching and development of Medicare advantage plans for seniors by its subsidiaries, Elite Health Plan and Elite Health Plan of Nevada, Inc. Medicare is the federal health insurance program for people ages 65 and over, to cover people under 65 with certain disabilities and people with end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis or kidney transplant.
