Kerevitas Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (IBSE:KERVT) announced a private placement of 2,500,000 shares at a price of TRY 1 per share for gross proceeds of TRY 2,500,000 on June 19, 2015. The transaction will include participation from FFK Fon Finansal Kiralama A.S. Post the closing of the round, the share capital of the company will increase from TRY 3,700,000 to TRY 6,200,000. As part of the round, the investor will acquire 40.322581% stake in the new capital of the company.
