DK UIL Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A049520) agreed to acquire 30% stake in Daeil tech Co.,Ltd for KRW 2.5 billion on July 26, 2016. Under the terms of the transaction, DK UIL will acquire 0.25 million shares in Daeil Tech. Daeil tech Co.,Ltd had total assets of KRW 42.65 billion, sales of KRW 37.7 billion and net loss of KRW 3.2 billion for the year ended December 31, 2015. The expected completion date is July 28, 2016.
