UniCredit S p A : appoints Laurence Fraissinet-Dubois as Country Manager for France

Planned transition highlights strength of succession pipeline

UniCredit has today announced the appointment of Laurence Fraissinet-Dubois as Country Manager for France and Branch Manager of UniCredit S.p.A. Paris branch, effective from 1^st September, 2021.

Patrick Soulard, the current Country Manager for France, Branch Manager of UniCredit S.p.A. Paris branch and a Member of UniCredit's CIB Executive Committee (ExCo), will remain with the bank until the end of the year at which point he will step down as part of a planned transition.

Ms. Fraissinet-Dubois is currently both a Senior Banker and Deputy Head of UniCredit's Paris branch - taking on the latter of the two roles in 2018.

Prior to joining the bank in 2011, Ms. Fraissinet-Dubois spent eight years as a Senior Banker at Barclays Capital Paris within the firm's investment banking division. She had previously worked at Deutsche Bank in corporate finance and global banking for over thirteen years, following a five-year stint at BNP Capital Markets in Paris and London.

Ms. Fraissinet-Dubois holds a BA from the Paris Institute of Political Studies and an MA in Finance from Paris Dauphine University.

Ms. Fraissinet-Dubois will be supported in her new role by Coline Vuillermet, the branch's current Chief Operating and Administrative Officer who in her role supervises the Legal and Support France and CAO France functions.
