(SZSE:300691) agreed to acquire 10% stake in Zhongshan Lianxin Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (L.P.) from Gongqingcheng Boyuan Jiahe Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise (L.P.) for CNY 1 on August 30, 2023. Zhongshan Lianxin Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise reported total assets and net assets of 184.63 million and net profit of CNY -4.03 million on December 31, 2023. The transaction does not need to be approved by the board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders.
